Activity: Upgrade firmware of Core Switch
Type of Impact: Hong Kong Cloud, VPS and Dedicated Server may expect intermittent packet loss and internet connection drops during about 20 minutes within the maintenance timeframe.
Please note that core switch firmware upgrade do not affect the data within the server. We will make every effort to minimize the impact and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
